Realeflow Update: Onboarding

If you have a Realeflow account or know someone who does, our guess would be that you have thought or heard the following at least once: “There is quite a learning curve.” As a company, it was one of the most common pieces of feedback from new and veteran users alike.

So, we decided to put our heads together in order to try to solve some of the “getting started” pain points users seemed to be experiencing.

Our brainstorming sessions resulted in us creating and launching and entirely new user dashboard with an onboarding experience.

Before launching our changes, a user would log in and see a brief overview of recent properties in their pipeline, upcoming webinars and a couple of other pieces of information we deemed relevant. The result would be something like this:

Now, we will be the first to admit that it did not quite merit the phrase “user-friendly” and it certainly was not very easy on the eyes. However, the most glaring issue was that it lacked any real direction for new users.

Well, we are thrilled to say that our team came together in a huge way and really turned our user dashboard around. The new dashboard sports the following:
 

  • A cleaner and more user-friendly layout
  • Visible prompts to the main tools that you need to get started
  • Easier access to one-on-one training and webinars
  • 6 incredibly detailed onboarding videos to give you all of the information you need to utilize the Realeflow tools more effectively.

In the past couple of weeks since launching the changes, we have had an unbelievable number of users reach out to let us know how pleased they are with the improvements. We are proud of the hard work that our team put into this and we are very grateful that it is making a difference, but we wouldn’t have realized how necessary this project was if it wasn’t for the feedback from our customers.
