With the new “My Leads” feature, improvements to the mobile experience, and new email analytics, Realeflow continues to ensure that your business is getting nothing but net every time.

My Leads

Our first update is a real game changer when it comes to how you export leads, build a direct mail campaign, and save properties to your CRM.

The first thing that you’ll notice is that we’ve relocated the selection checkbox. It is now more predominantly situated in front of the lead listing with a bolder profile, making it easier to see.

When you select your lead types, you can now sort based on different criteria and arrange your leads in ascending or descending order with a simple toggle.

Once your leads are selected, you will notice that the count next to the new “My Leads” section updates instantly.

The new “My Leads” feature allows you to create dynamic lists by searching single properties, different areas, and so on, all while building a list that persists through your different searches.

Once you have all of your desired leads selected, the “My Leads” button will open a drawer, showing your selected results. With the newly added action buttons, you can easily export your leads, use them to build a direct mail campaign, or save them to the CRM.

Basically, this update will make your leads easier to pick and roll out a direct mail campaign.

Going Mobile

Our most recent mobile updates will provide you with a much better experience when navigating to both your contacts and properties lists on a mobile device.

In the past, this information displayed poorly on mobile and resulted in a lot of scrolling for our users to be able to see all of the information that they were trying to access.

With the new mobile designs and functionality, you’ll now have a much clearer view of each property and contact when viewing from your mobile device.

All of the filters are also now accessible on mobile inside of the filter icon, next to the search. Once a property or contact is selected, the icons change, giving users the ability to edit, perform an action, or delete the selections.

You can now also call contacts with phone numbers directly from your contacts list on mobile. If a contact has a phone number attached to their profile, it will show up as a blue link, under their name. Once clicked, the user will have the option to dial the contact’s number.

Email Analytics

Last month we introduced new a new analytics dashboard for Autoresponders. This month we’ve added an analytics dashboard to Emails, giving you valuable insight into engagement with your sent emails.

At a glance, you can see opens, click throughs, failures and pending. You’ll also see recipients and delivery failures, as well as the contents of the email. Having this information at your fingertips will help better guide your decisions about marketing and how you communicate with your contacts.
